    What is the difference between a ritual service and wearable enchantments?

    • Ritual Services are intensive spellwork ceremonies performed on your behalf. These are conducted in sacred ritual space — often aligned with celestial timing, divine archetypes, or energetic strategy — and are designed to clear obstacles, shift outcomes, or catalyse rapid manifestation.

    • Wearable Enchantments (such as gems or elixirs) are ritually infused with permanent spells, offering continuous support by harmonising with your personal energy field. Over time, they integrate with your aura to reinforce your intentions in the background of your daily life.

      (⚠️ Note: Not all enchanted items on the market are made with permanence in design. Mystique ensures each piece is deeply ritualised for lasting potency. Always verify with your practitioner before investing.)

    Which is more suitable for me?

    • Choose a Ritual Service if you are seeking focused, high-impact spellcraft — ideal for urgent shifts (e.g. banishment/removal of a spirit), breakthroughs, or energetically complex situations.

    • Choose an Enchantment if you prefer a subtle, long-term tool that supports your goals consistently and integrates effortlessly with your personal energy.

    How do I use the Mystique enchantments?

    • No activation is required.
    • Simply wear or apply your enchanted piece — its energy will begin blending with your aura naturally.
    • A PDF guide will be provided after purchase to help you optimise its influence.

    Do I need to recharge my enchanted jewellery often?

    • No special care is required beyond standard jewellery maintenance.
    • Occasional energetic recharging (e.g., under Moonlight) help maintain energetic vibrancy.
    • A PDF guide will be provided with suggested practices.

    How do I care for my enchanted jewellery?

    • Standard jewellery care applies — avoid harsh chemicals, impacts, or prolonged exposure to moisture. A detailed care guide will be emailed to you after purchase.

    Is shipping included?

    Yes — complimentary shipping is offered for orders above SGD$200.

    What are the available shipping options?

    • Tracked Shipping via Ninjavan (Recommended/Default)
    • Normal Mail via SingPost
    • Self-Collection @ Concierge (By Appointment Only)
      • Avail at our office at 63 Robinson Road. By appointment only to prevent scheduling conflicts.

    How long does shipping take?

    • Tracked Shipping: Approx. 3 calendar days
    • Normal Mail: Typically 3 business days, subject to SingPost’s delivery schedule.

    Is gift packaging available?

    Each enchantment comes with a jewellery case or protective pouch.
    While we currently do not offer dedicated gift-wrapping services, the presentation is elegant and suitable for gifting.

      Each artefact and ritual service is crafted or performed with focused intention, spiritual alignment, and energetic transfer. Once this process begins, it cannot be undone — as such, refunds or cancellations are not available.
