Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders or subscriptions. This policy outlines how to update, cancel, or manage these purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you purchase a product currently out of stock or scheduled for future release.

  • All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
  • Your order is confirmed and queued for fulfilment once payment is received.
  • You may request to cancel, change the item, or convert the amount into store credit before shipping.
  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. 



Subscriptions

You enrol in recurring deliveries based on your selected duration and frequency when purchasing a subscription.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each upcoming delivery (unless you have chosen to prepay).
  • Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their term. You may cancel before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue.
  • You can cancel or modify your subscription any time using the links provided in your order confirmation emails or by accessing your account dashboard.
