Shipping Policy

Your items will arrive in 3 to 7 business days for local Singapore addresses and 2 to 3 weeks for international addresses. This is a rough estimate of each completed order from Mystique.

Normal Mail: For orders processed by SingPost (normal mail), deliveries usually take 3-5 business days minimally and follow SingPost's designated delivery routes/schedules. No tracking numbers are provided for normal snail mail.

Courier Shipping: Our delivery partner collects all orders from our office during weekdays. Shipped packages using their platforms are tracked.
